We have had a really busy week settling back into school after the half term break. The children all came back refreshed and have worked hard all week!
- This week we have completed our materials topic by learning about John Dunlop and his invention of the pneumatic tyre. We have read some information about him and have found out some interesting facts.
- This week we have had fun investigating materials and carrying out an investigation to find out which material would be the best to make an emergency tea bag! We worked in small groups and made good predictions and observations.
- We have had a very busy week this week and the children have enjoyed taking part in two exciting workshops. They had the chance to make slime in the 'Crazy Chemists' workshop and had a go at dancing with a Chinese dragon in a dance themed lesson.
